Sky Duty

Contact Sky Duty for Flight Department Support

We work with Part 91 operators, charter flight departments, and owner-flown pilots evaluating Sky Duty's features or pricing. Send us a note for sales questions, support, partnership inquiries, or product feedback — every message reaches a person on the team.

What to expect when you reach out

We typically respond within one business day during U.S. business hours. There's no chatbot in front of the inbox and no support tier wall — every message goes to a real person on the small product team who knows how the app works.

If your question is "how do I…" rather than something specific to your fleet, the guides and tutorials may answer it faster than waiting on us. The getting-started guide covers first-launch setup and is the most common path new operators take.

Working with flight departments and charter operators

Most of the inbound we get is from chief pilots, owners, and dispatchers running between one and ten aircraft on a Part 91 or Part 135 certificate. The questions we hear most often are about migrating an existing logbook from another app, setting up scheduling for a multi-leg trip with crew swaps, sequencing maintenance against tach and Hobbs values that are already in motion, and exporting clean reports the accountant or auditor can actually use. None of those need a sales call to answer — drop the question into the form above and you will get a real reply with the specifics for your operation.

A few details help us reply faster the first time around. Mention how many tails you fly and roughly what they are, the rough size of your team and who else needs to log in, and whether you have a current piece of software you are trying to leave behind. If your operation is closer to a fleet rollout than a single-user install, that context also helps — we can route the conversation to whoever on the team can talk through onboarding or volume pricing without bouncing the thread back and forth between inboxes.

Other ways to reach us

Email works too — write to info@skyduty.com and you'll reach the same inbox the form posts to. We don't run a public Discord or Slack at the moment, so the form and the email address are the two ways to get in touch. Most product questions and support requests land in the same response window during U.S. business hours.

Trying to evaluate the product before reaching out? The feature pages cover what's in the app and the comparison hub explains how Sky Duty differs from EFBs and dedicated logbooks. If you already know what you need and want to start using it, the App Store download takes you straight to the iPhone and iPad install.
